This policy explains how Pawprint & Pine ("we", "us") collects and uses your information when you visit our website or place an order.

What we collect

• Order information: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, collected by our payment processor, Stripe, at checkout.
• Your photos and text: the pet photo and personalization you upload, which we store to produce your order.
• Device and usage data: pages viewed, browser type and IP address, collected through cookies and similar technology, including the Meta Pixel.

We never see or store your full card number — payments are processed securely by Stripe.

How we use it

• To make, ship and support your order, and to email you about it.
• To improve our website and measure our advertising.
• To prevent fraud and comply with the law.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Cloudinary (photo storage), our print-on-demand production partner and shipping carriers (to make and deliver your order), and Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to understand which ads lead to visits and purchases. You can opt out of interest-based ads in your Facebook ad settings, at optout.aboutads.info, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as required for taxes and accounting. Your uploaded photos are deleted within 90 days after your order is delivered, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia and other US states), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising. To make a request, email hello@yourdomain.com. We won't discriminate against you for using these rights.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
