Questions

Good questions, honest answers

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face fills most of the picture. Photos straight from your phone are perfect. If a photo is too small or blurry, we'll email you before printing.

How long does delivery take?

Each order is made just for you in 2–5 business days, then ships in 3–7 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

How big is the blanket? Is it soft?

It's 50" × 60" (127 × 152 cm) — big enough to cover a couch or a person. The printed side is soft fleece and the back is fluffy sherpa.

Can I return it?

Because every item is personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you — free. See our Refund Policy.

Can I buy just the ornament or the mug?

Yes — email us at hello@yourdomain.com and we'll send you a link. The ornament is $19.99 and the mug is $24.99.

Do you ship outside the US?

Right now we ship to all 50 US states. Alaska and Hawaii may take a few extra days.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. You can pay with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
